The Construction Health and Safety Excellence (CHASE) Award is given by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry's Occupational Safety and Health Division. The CHASE program is designed to reduce the number of injuries, illnesses and fatalities in the construction industry. The CHASE program is a joint effort between Bituminous Roadways, MN OSHA, and the MN Associated General Contractors (AGC).
