Bituminous Roadways accepts clean rubble asphalt and concrete at our Inver Grove Heights and Shakopee plant locations free of charge.  Concrete with mesh or rebar is accepted for a fee of $25.00 per load. Loads containing sod, roots, plants, building rubble, building brick, wood, plaster, reinforcing steel or other similar objectionable or deleterious materials will be rejected.

• Call ahead to ensure availability.


• Prior arrangements must be made to load or dump after 3:00 p.m.


• All loads MUST stop at the scale prior to dumping.


• The scale person has the right to reject any load for dumping.
