Multi-family Housing

Bituminous Roadways Inc does not seek single-family residential projects, but we aggressively pursue multi-housing projects such as apartments and homeowner associations.

Typical to these types of projects are settlements along the garage door due to soils settlement along the foundation. This is a simple repair that can be corrected by saw cutting and removing a narrow strip of asphalt along the building, filling with sand and capping with weatherproof fiberboard, and restoring the aggregate base and pavement.

Other types of work common to multi-housing projects are recreational surfaces such as basketball and tennis courts, driveways, parking lots, roads, and pathways.

Our services include new construction and the rehabilitation and maintenance of existing properties. We specialize in parking lots, but also perform private drives of multi-family dwellings.
