Bredesen Trail

Some challenges of the project were navigating the tight quarters with bicyclists, pedestrians and their pets, and numerous pedestrian bridges that cross Nine Mile Creek which were unable to withstand the weight of our road-building equipment.

For our efforts we received a Quality in Construction award from the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) in 2009, and again in 2010.
