Blackhawk Road

Bituminous Roadways was the prime contractor for the City of Eagan 2010 Street Reconstruction project of Blackhawk Road.  We provided 15,000 tons of bituminous paving on this project while utilizing our Foamed Warm Mix Asphalt (FWMA) technology.  This project had a fast paced schedule and was completed over a two month period.
